which produces misleading information and damages reputations, despite the developer's announcement that it is working to solve the problem.

The company "OpenAI" supported by Microsoft, which stands behind the "ChatGPT" application, seeks to reassure users that it is working to improve the program's ability to solve mathematical problems in the chatbot with the aim of reducing AI hallucination.

According to the experts, AI hallucination refers to "false or unsupported results generated by AI without any data from the real world, meaning giving unsupported answers." This can be in the form of "ChatGPT" giving users incorrect content, news, or information about people or events without relying on facts or content with "intellectual property rights."

The hallucination occurs due to the lack of data that the system was trained on to provide accurate answers to specific questions. The system then fabricates and forms incorrect answers, and this is one of the major problems facing such systems currently.

Experts suggest that reducing the problem of hallucination and minimizing errors in "ChatGPT" can be achieved through programming the system with additional "accurate and unbiased" training data that it can use to answer questions and distinguish between truth and fiction. This can help AI programs learn how to provide "more accurate and healthy answers" in the future.

However, improving the capabilities of "ChatGPT" to prevent hallucination permanently is a difficult task. Therefore, it is essential to verify all information provided by the application before using it or treating it as "facts."
